DAY 111

Jeremiah 20:7

O Lord, you have deceived me, and I was deceived; you are stronger than I, and you have prevailed. I have become a laughingstock all the day. Jeremiah's complaint reaches the level of accusation. The lament is genuine. God does not rebuke him for it.

PRAYER

Give me the honesty to examine my own response. Is there any place where I am choosing the lesser thing?
